Baird Design Co. is an architecture and design studio based in Ridgefield, Connecticut, founded by Victoria Baird.  We offer a comprehensive range of design services to create homes that are timeless and functional.  

Our process begins with an in-depth consultation to understand our clients’ needs, aesthetic vision, and lifestyle requirements.  From there, we work closely with clients to refine an initial design concept into a finalized set of construction documents, using both two-dimensional drafting and three-dimensional imaging to help our clients visualize their spaces along the way.  We liaise with local building departments to obtain necessary permits and approvals, as well as with builders and contractors during the construction process to make the transition from vision to reality as seamless as possible.

We offer a variety of design services, from custom new built homes to thoughtful additions and alterations to existing residences, as well as all interior remodeling needs.  We guide our clients beyond the design of form and structure, through finish selection, specification of lighting and fixtures, and design of custom millwork, ensuring each project is cohesively designed to the smallest detail.
